Our Commitment

We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every collectible we sell. If something isn't right, we WILL make it right!

What can I return?

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your collectible arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll issue an RMA and a prepaid return label, then offer a replacement or refund after inspection

Change‑of‑mind

Unopened items in factory‑sealed, resalable condition may be returned within 14 days. Original shipping isn't refundable; return postage is customer‑paid

Non‑returnable items

The following are final sale (unless damaged in transit or not as described):

  • Graded/slabbed collectibles (e.g., PSA, CGC, Beckett)
  • Signed or COA items and numbered/limited editions
  • Mystery bundles/blind boxes
  • Items that are opened, have broken/tamper‑evident seals, or packaging that's been altered

Non‑returnable status appears on the product page and during checkout for transparency

What counts as a defect?

Defects include:

Cracked cases, broken seals, bent/dented corners that materially affect value, missing promised components, misprints, or manufacturing flaws

Not defects:

Minor shelf/rub wear, light scuffs on shrink wrap, or outer shipping box wear that doesn't affect the collectible

How do I start a return?

1. Contact us with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

2. We'll email instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid label

3. Pack securely in original packaging or equivalent with all inserts. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include a note with your order number and reason for return

Who pays return shipping?

• We pay for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (prepaid label provided)

• You pay for change‑of‑mind returns (original shipping is non‑refundable)

Refunds, exchanges, & timing

• Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection

• Allow up to 10 business days from the carrier's delivery scan to our facility

• Exchanges offered when identical replacement is available; otherwise, a refund is issued

• A reasonable restocking fee may apply if the return doesn't meet the criteria (e.g., opened where unopened is required)

Authenticity Guarantee

Every signed or limited piece is sourced from trusted partners and—when applicable—ships with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). If an item is found not authentic or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund upon return
